Best gym for lifting without frills
Awesome locations that are usually traffic free, plenty of parking, and the best equipment for any training style.
Loving the new HITT equipment
Nothing fancy but had everything I needed to get in a great workout. They also kept it super simple for an "out of country" drop in. Just took my money and let me get my work out in. . . just the way it should be. Had to wait a bit to get a cage but patrons were courteous and made it a great work out experience.
Need more Hours need to be open 7days a week from 5am-12 midnight or just do 24/7 would be nice
It feels like a damn sauna in here. To the owner, please turn the AC on higher! That's my only complaint. Maybe extend the hours just a bit..
Update: I came in today and it was pretty cool.. 5 stars
I like this gym, it has a lot of great equipment to use and a big group exercising room to use for what ever. When it's not being used by the staff.
Speaking of staff I like them too there all pretty straight forward with you.
