Crossfit is a excellent whole fitness program and Moxie exemplifies this ideal everyday. The owner and head trainer know each member personally; their abilities, goals, and personal challenges. They specifically customize the WOD (a Crossfit term for workout-of-the-day, a different daily workout the entire gym does) to each member's physical ability and goal.
