I attended this studio for 5 months with an unlimited membership and generally enjoyed the classes. I would love to give the studio more than one star because the teachers deserve it and I really enjoyed the space (even if it's temporary). However, after more than a week of trying to get in touch with someone (many voicemails, emails, and even a message on Instagram went unanswered or returned) about the studio charging me two times after I requested (via face to face with the owner) to have my membership cancelled.
I can understand a slip up and an accidental charge. I can understand a couple of days with no return phone call from a small business. This is sadly just unprofessional, and I had to resort to my credit card company's purchase protection plan to get my $200 back. Any chance of renewing my membership for this studio in the future is no more. Hopefully they can hire someone to answer their main phone and info@ email from time to time for other members who need it.
