The locker rooms have been disgusting since I started. Things were stolen off my bike in front of the gym at the gyms bike rack and the manager looked @ me crazy when I said to take a preventative measure. None were taken. The floor is always dirty upstairs and the men's locker room has been closed going three weeks now. Additionally, this is a gym but I've only been actually greeted here 30 percent of the time walking in...
I've been a customer of this location for 2 years. The gym has been great for me until the management changed. I had the premium membership which allowed me to use the 'studio' whenever I wanted. Unfortunately, the new management that was introduced in January completely changed the rules without any notice. All of the sudden I was not allowed to use the product I was paying for.
Loved this gym. I used to go there when I lived in san jose and it was never too crowded to be overwhelmed while working out.
Gym is great. They are not ADA compliant. There elevator hasn' been working in weeks. I have climb my walker up the stairs. If I fall somebody is getting sued. Winter time comes around then my bones start locking up. Then the wheel chair is coming out..

This gym use to have great class and affordable rates. They canceled all the classes and raised the rates. Now only offer cross fit now and no cardio.

Ive been working out at this place for about an year. It's simply the best n very affordable
Worst experience. All of them are great except the one on 1st street. They are very rude and disrespectful. The manger lied to me and allowed there employee to threaten me. When I was just concerned about my account. I was asking questions about my account to their employee, but there emoloyee cannot help me with it so i asked to speak to a manger and I was told by there employee there wasent a manger there. So since she was giving attitude and yelling at me telling me there nothing i can do about my account. So basically she telling me they took money out my acconut and there nothing i can do about it . So i said i was gonna go down there to talk to a manger. The girl hung up on me, next thing the manger calls and was stating that I threaten his employee saying I was gonna go down there after hours, which i have no clues what that means. He also said he was there listning the whole entire time. If thay was the caze why let at employee lie to a costomer amd why allow them to give suvh bad customer service. I mean if he was there why couldnt he help me. All i wanted to do was speak to manger and instead i get money taken from Me and my account cancled .Anyways this whole entire time the employee was telling no manger was there when really he was... I just wanna know is that really ok. Now my my meambership was cancled and they still kept the $64

One of the problems in this gym however is how machines can take a long time to be fixed whenever they break. Whenever it's 5pm or later you should expect the gym to be full, and would have to wait for the machines you'd like to use. The bathroom isn't very clean at times, and it would seem that they would need more janitors. Just to end this review off, I would like to say that this gym isn't a bad choice, the price is good, and the people there are kind. Hope this review helps :)

This place has slowly gone down hill. You often find smelly lockers filled with homeless people's clothing. I'm glad they have showers for them, but they don't clean up after themselves. Today, they have no water and the front clerk didn't know when they'll get it back on. And when I suggested to her that they should send a notice to their members, she gets upset. I'm like, wow. It's good business practice ma'am.
This place is a hidden gym (pun intentional). I personally do not want to tell people about this place, but because I think it is not widely attended that it might move. So, I invite you to this 2-story gym with a no-wait style workout; that's because people are rarely there in the AM (Anytime before 4 PM and you are good to go).
They had the great instructors and safe programming. Great people great atmosphere super friendly . Truly a best place for workout.
Honestly from all the reviews I've seen about cleaning and the bill I almost didn't choose this place. They gave my girlfriend a week free pass and she enjoyed it. So when I got there I was pleasantly surprised that they were really clean compared to the negative votes and that the gym was pretty spacious. Look for 10 bucks a month this place is great for me and my girlfriend and our goals. Only reason I didn't give them five stars is because they didn't have some type of family plan or have a deal for signing up multiple people at a time. Would have been nice to not have to pay the sign up fee twice for two people. Would have been three but they had no deals at the time.
I've been going to this gym for about 2 years now. They definitely improved on their cleanliness. Their staff is really friendly too. I highly recommend Willie Wilson as a personal trainer.
Less expensive than most gyms, has all the basic essentials. No group classes.
You guys have had deflated basketballs for two months. I brought my own pump and the balls still deflated after one time use. I asked if you were going to buy more balls and I was told the basketballs are on order. What does that even mean? How hard is it to buy a basketball? Why am I paying 30 dollars more than the evofitness on meridian if you guys have no balls for any court, dated locker rooms with broken lockers? Cmon guys and gals.
