Great crossfit facility!!! Family feel and not intimidating at all. They definitely scale the workouts for everyone who can't do everything. Super smart coaches, clean gym, and they have an 0830 class which Monday, Wednesday, Friday for people who can't make "regular" gym hours. Come to this crossfit gym you'll love it.
