I have been going to MPS for about 2.5 years now and there are not enough incredible things I can say. When I first came to Misha's studio, I had only taken 1 previous Pilates class in my life. I was a little nervous to just jump in but Misha made me feel super comfortable. I started in a Small Group Pilates class and it was perfect.
- Everyone gets amazing individual attention. Whether it's your 1st class ever or 10th year in Pilates, Misha pays attention to you, makes suggestions, corrects form, etc. for everyone.
- Misha is super motivational, super positive, super knowledgable, and super friendly (I would capitalize every "super", but I don't want to be too annoying ;)).
- She really knows how to kindly kick your butt in every work out (if you're confused by "kindly kick your butt", then try taking a few classes and you'll see what I mean. I walk out really sore but really happy every week).
- The studio is extremely clean.
- The clientele at MPS is just as awesome & friendly as Misha & the other instructors.
- The sunsets from the studio are extra incredible (just check out the studio's Instagram for proof!).
- Misha is amazing at working with clients' injuries, regardless, for example, if you have ongoing knee problems or just had a long day a work can really feel it in your shoulders (like me sometimes).
- Misha is very accommodating and flexible if you need to rearrange your class(es) due to your crazy schedule.
- Misha is fabulous at describing each exercise and what muscle(s) are being worked and how they are being worked. She tells the class in such a way that even I can understand (which is really saying something - I have no knowledge of that kind of stuff!)
It's amazing how different and how much stronger & leaner my body feels with each year.
I HIGHLY recommend checking out any of the classes at Misha's studio - you will not be disappointed.
