Nate and his team of personal trainers are awesome. 1 on 1 training, as well as several classes. Everyone is awesome!

If you want to see results, sign up for a consultation at Elite Spartans ( location: Dynamic Fitness)! Its that simple. The workouts are challenging but they are custom built and change frequently so its fun too! I have been working out with Alex twice a week for the past 6 weeks. In that time, I've lost 5 pounds and 3% body fat! My clothes fit better and I feel great!
