We love this place! coach Odin is amazing with kids! Lori at the office is always so nice and helpful.
I'm very excited to write this review because my 3 year old daughter had such an amazing experience.
To start off I want to say Coach Veronica is EXCEPTIONAL! She was so patient and showed so much excitement doing her job with the tiny tots class. Every staff member I encountered there tonight was super friendly and helpful, Thank you to Monica and the front desk miss (I didn't catch her name)for being so willing to help in answering any questions I had and welcoming us as soon as we stepped in the door.
We are excited to have my daughter join this team, Thank you all so much :)
One of the few gymnastics gyms in the area to offer boys team gymnastics, as well as higher level recreational gymnastics for boys. Great programs for all ages and abilities: preschool through highschool gymnastics and dance. Caring staff and coaches. We've been coming here, for my son, for 3 years and love it!

Its been a downhill experience at the Race st. center. It started with me being impressed at the quality of the skills that the older kids showed on the floor. But when I actually came in for the trial classes, I was highly disappointed. Firstly, the trial classes here are not free. They charge around $26.50(full price) for the first class. My 7 yr old daughter had Raj for the trial and there was zero acknowledgement that there was a newbie in class, no introductions and no attention given to her whatsoever. Huge disappointment, my daughter hated the class, but I had to pay the full price. Decided to give it another shot with Teacher Brie. She was jovial and fun but the class lacked basic discipline. The Kids were easily distracted and knowing my daughter, I didn't think it was the best fit here. After spending over $50 on just trials, I feel robbed because at the Rec Fundamentals, they should have a basic standard of quality and it shouldn't be such a hassle for a parent to try class after class to get a good teacher to start with!
When I was talking to the owner one time, I got the sense that he could care less about the Boys Team. (That's the only reason I gave it a 3 star).
My oldest has been going for 5 years, since she was 4, and is now on the team. My youngest is 4 and just started classes, though she has done camp for the last 2 summers. The coaches are wonderful, the facility clean and safe, and the front desk staff is happy and competent. We even did our last birthday party there. It is an exceptional gym.
