I have been working with Sandra for more than 10 years. As my personal trainer and Pilates specialist, I have been continually impressed with her unlimited knowledge in dealing with me (a client with a disability--paraplegic) and applying techniques meant for able-bodied clients to our workouts. Using her knowledge and experience, Sandra has been able to create a regime for me that utilizes my level of ability using Pilates technique, weight-training and stretching all in a manner that keeps me fit and flexible! She is a stickler for proper form while I work out, and this is something a lot of other trainers are not concerned with (which is scary!) Form in working out should be of utmost importance in gaining the most from your workout and in avoiding unnecessary injury(ies). If you are seeking a Pilates specialist and personal trainer, you can feel confident that you are in good hands with Sandra Schaad!

I've been seeing Sandy since Dec 2016. I was really impressed by her ability to run a group class (up to 12 people) of students of varying levels. She was extremely knowledgeable about Pilates and could articulately explain the basics to someone like me who had had no prior experience. She also had great awareness of what everyone in the class was doing - she can see from across the room if your pelvis needs to be raised by half an inch. I started seeing her for private training within a few months of starting Pilates because I quickly realized that one session a week with Sandy was helping me more than four or five sessions a week with other group instructors! Sandy has helped me build a lot of muscle, slim down, and increase my endurance. She has also helped me fix my posture which has eliminated a lot of pain from my life (I spend a lot of time sitting on airplanes and dancing, so this has really been life altering). Sandra's knowledge of body mechanics is UNPARALLELED in any instructor I've worked with and you will definitely not regret training with her!
