This organization really tries to always bring its very best and continually revision how best to serve the yoga community. You will enjoy this organization for its great music, focused scholarship and never wavering practice of silent meditation. This is not a group stuck in time or hung up on titles, but one focused on what is pragmatic. Very attractive grounds too.

They offer many programs & courses, & are active in promoting non-violence, yoga & spirituality. The physical center is a nice place to visit.

An interfaith temple, charming book shop and welcome center that holds all sorts of spiritual classes and yoga studies. They offer free 'How to Meditate' classes and regular, peaceful, warm Sunday services. AThere is also a courtyard to just take in the sun while you can read from their bookstore.....and always friendly and willing to help.
