Great cozy studio with small-size classes. Would highly recommend Zumba with Abby. She has great energy and a great taste in music.
I love the cozy feel of this Yoga studio. The owners are very inviting and easy to get in touch with. They have different styles of yoga to choose from. I haven't tried a Zumba class but I'm not much of a cardio fan. It's in the cambrian plaza so easy to get to and a lot of parking.
The studio is a nice size - not so large you get lost, not so small you're on top of each other. Floors and mirrors are really nice. I like having windows so I don't feel claustrophobic. Nice cubbies close to me - for a bit of security when I put my things in them. A decent selection of classes and times. I'll return again
