I highly recommend this location, not just for motivation, but also on the basis of its trainers' knowledge of the anatomy and physics of the human body.
If you *show up*, you will get a very different kind of fitness than you would from a normal, run of the mill gym. It's easier to get a rapport with your fellow trainees, too, when you attend the same classes weekly.
Also, for those of us working on better control of our finances, NC Fit does accept cash on a monthly or yearly basis, as long as I pay it in advance.
