A very special place for Yoga. It was the only activity I did to get ready for the arrival of my LO. I loved it, it made it so special. It's an amazing community.
I also took clases with my baby after she was born.

They offer wonderful pre natal yoga classes as well as mommy and me style classes where you can bring your baby. They offer drop in packages so you can attend classes when it is convenient for you and you can use them for a variety of classes.

I loved harmony. I started going for massages the moment I found out I was pregnant. I went to a bunch of courses, especially when I found out I was having twins. Found my dula here. Was just a wonderful, loving center that helped me have a very long and healthy pregnancy with big and healthy babies.

The staff is great! Very good vibes and very professional. Jessica Argualo as the massage therapist is very clearly dedicated to the art and very skilled at it's application. She seems to truly care about those in her care. I would recommend a visit to Harmony for anyone in need of a new balance to life.
