Straight up the best workout gear
Place is a mess. Help is harder to find than at a home improvement store. I expected more. My wife is addicted to their stupid yoga pants. Better experience online. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 cause it was Valentine's day and I hope they were just busy.
Susan and Josh were very helpful. They helped me with a smile. My ABC pants were hemmed too high. They replaced it and hemmed it just right. Wonderful customer service. Quality pants.
Love this store and my favorite place where I picked up my online order and skipped the long lines. Thanks to the helpful and good looking staff who is always there to help.

Nice store that has both men and women exercise clothings. Staff was friendly and attaintive. Prices are on the high end!

They are nice until you try to return instead of buying something. I bought a mat and return 2 days later - did not like it after I opened it. The sales guy was "politely" rude and said they will not take anything back once it is opened and said at best he can only do an exchange for something else (and made it look like he is doing me a favor??? ) Never heard of such rule - I was able to return stuffs perfectly fine at other stores. Staff are "fake friendly", sometime if you are lucky you will meet someone genuinely cheerful, but most of the time when I am in there I just feel off. Never want to buy anything from here again.
Exceptional customer service. Really took the time to figure out what I was looking for and why. Got personal recommendations from multiple staff and ended up buying a few of the suggested pieces - they were much better for my needs than what I had picked out. It really felt as if I had my own personal shoppers. Don't be afraid to ask questions or get help - they know what they're talking about.
Very Poor customer service. Called to check stock on a jacket. The customer service person gave me the run around. Told me they don't have the size or the color. I asked more questions and found out she didn't even check. No wonder I've been buying all my workout gear at Lorna Jane. The quality and designs of Lorna Jane is top quality and much more flattering. Not to mention Lorna Jane store at Valley Fair always provide me with an excellent customer service. I thought I give Lululemon another try, but my mistake.

At the beginning I thought the items were overpriced. But what I love from this place is that the pants that I find here do not require alterations. For men, they have a few models, the cool thing is that for some models, they have two sub-sizes (e.g. small normal and small large). So the size small normal is perfect for me. Last time, I bought two pants there, by mistake I picked up one small normal and one small large. When I returned the small large, the staff was very helpful, they place accepted the return and placed an online order immediately. In the end, I think it is cheaper for me to buy here than in other sport stores.
