All the instructions are amazing. Michael is fun and delightfully unexpected in his routine, Melissa kicks your butt but soothes your soul. Ally will annihilate you but won't allow you to quit on yourself, you'll be better for it after!
The facility is quite nice.
There are lots of young energetic people there. You can get a good workout.
Classes are in hot temperature. So be ready
Great place! My favorite location out off Silicon Valley and LA. Powerful and challenging classes. After doing yoga here I am feeling more concentrated, stronger, relaxed and have more mindfulness. Great teaches who guide you, always help and adjust postures. The instructors are top-notch. Melissa, Shannon and Kate are incredible. Bring yoga in your life to build up positive aura, live within your consciousness and spread happiness!

Corepower is a great workout! It is more than just breathing and stretching. It is a total body workout and a great method of strength building. There are a variety of class that range in difficultly and temperature so you can tailor your Corepower experience to your personal fitness goals. Also, the instructors are very friendly and approachable. The studio is very clean. The location is ideal for my commute to graduate school. I highly recommend Corepower Yoga!

Corepower yoga is an excellent place to learn yoga and gain it's benefits. The teachers and the staff are very friendly and encouraging. The schedule is very flexible which makes customers use this facility at their convenience. Doing a month of yoga at this location is great and motivates a person to keep practicing it. I would highly recommend this place to people who want to strengthen their core.
All the instructors are nice and informative in the classes that they teach. I like the selection of times for each class. I have recommended Core Power to several coworkers when asked how I am looking so fit!!
I've tried other studios and nothing compares to CPY! They have the perfect formula to strengthen your yoga practice.
Staff is really nice, but I think they should be more strict on letting people come in late, or when the studio is already packed. It was really disruptive to have to move my mat when I was already in first position, then to have the person overlap w my mat and lastly my neighbor touch me (on my mat) during the end when I want to just relax the last moments of class. People chatting rather loudly before class too doesn't help either. Idk, isn't really effective yoga when I feel bothered. This is the only studio where I experienced this twice. Staff - please reinforce the tranquility that yoga studios should have!
I fell in love with yoga after I joined CPY. My home studio is the one at Winchester, San Jose. The teachers are wonderful, they are always there to clear your doubts and help you out. Joining the yoga community here has really transformed my life.
