Deserves more than 5 stars. I lived down the street from Currahee so was lucky to drop in a few years back and test it out. At the time I was in good shape but had no knowledge of CrossFit. Throughout the last 2 years I had ups and downs in terms my overall diet and attendance at Currahee, but I can honestly say at the peaks (when I was going 3-4 times per week and eating well), I felt like I could run through a brick wall. I recently moved :( but learned so many invaluable lifelong lessons on everything from stretching, mobility, metabolic fitness, nutrition, body composition, weightlifting, calisthenics, technique.... you name it.
