I've known Chris, the owner, my entire life. I worked out in his gym for years along side several different HS and college athletes and sports teams. There was always a positive atmosphere in the facility. Chris is very particular with all the employees he hires and his passion for sports and training shines through to push all his athletes to their very best in a challenging and positive manner.
