A very structured program based on youth fitness, the staff is really nice with some minor issues with communication gaps or mis communication

My child had a terrible experience with their summer camp. They framed, condemned and mistreated kids. They also didn't let the kids use bathroom. That was a three-hour camp. The then manager, an unfit role model for kids did not acknowledge his wrong-doing. He was mean, disrespectful, and had a very poor communication skill. I cancelled the camp right away. I will never send my kids to Fuze, nor do I recommend it to anyone!!

My son attended a week of the summer camp and liked it so much he asked to sign up for a second week..
Fun place!
There is a homeless person that hides in the bushes at the very back of this place and tries to lure the children. He's been there for years. Both the police and the owners have been notified. Drive back there and see for yourself. No action has been taken. Beware!
This place is a disaster. My 8 year old was attending the summer camp. He was punched in the eye twice by a younger kids. The manager, Alex, tolde this was within their guidelines of reasonable child behavior and invited us to continue. My son was so scared to go back that he cried when I offer him to go back. I requested a refund which I was promised but did not receive until o threatened the manager, Alex, with reporting him to the BBB. Ale insisted he refunded the money. When I told him I didn't receive them he refunded me claiming some technical difficulty. When I asked Alex to share his manager's contact information he claimed he doesn't have one. What is this place? I am very disappointed and will pursue my grievance through BBB and licensing commission.
