I learnt Sudarshan Kriya through the Art of Living Basic course. Very profound. It brough a lot of healing to me both physically and mentally. I am glad I found this.!!

I have tried various other yoga and breathing techniques, but what I loved about Art of Living program is the follow up structure to help participants continue with their practice. Their weekly follow up's are free and easily accessible in all major cities.

I have been visiting this place since 2007 for weekly follow ups, usually over weekends. These sessions at the center helps me calm down and refreshed for next week. For past many years, I have immensely benefited from the activities at this center.

One improvement, I would love to see is some programs during weekdays (daytime). That will help homemakers and people like my parents visiting us to keep themselves fit and busy.

I have been going to this place for a little while now. The volunteers there are usually very courteous and enthusiastic to share their experiences. The main meditation hall has been a place where numerous meditation and yoga courses and sessions have happend. You can sense the calm in that place, which is very congenial for meditation.
I'd highly recomend it for anyone who is looking for a place to come and relax.

They also offer free introductory Yoga and Meditation sessions. Totally Worth checking out! The teachers and the volunteers are very friendly and caring. Its wonderful that there is a place like this in our community that we can use for unwinding.

I go to this Art of Living center every week for my weekly follow up of the Art of Living course. This is such a wonderful place to sit down and meditate. The teachers here are awesome and very friendly. The have a lot of courses happening here for first time meditators and those who want to do yoga. Check it out!
