If you are looking to make a significant change in your health and fitness, you owe it to yourself to visit Achievement Fitness.

I signed up for the Lose 20 Pounds in 6 Weeks Challenge and lost 23.4 pounds! I just started my second one and I'm motivated more than ever to keep going! My results were so awesome, that my girlfriend signed up and we're doing this challenge together!

As for the challenge, from the start you get a meal plan catered to you and on day one you begin working out as a group. The first day is more of an assessment of what exercises you can and can't do.

Brett and Denise are great at working with all AF members to get them up to speed on the exercises. If at any point you are struggling with an exercise, they will take you aside and work with you to show you how to do the exercise properly or they will give you an alternate exercise that is just as effective. Throughout the challenge, they were always coming up to me to offer tips on how to better improve my form and to motivate me to keep up the hard work.

Another thing I like about AF is you see the same people day in and day out from the start. You start noticing their progress and people start noticing your progress as well. Everyone is so positive and motivating. Every workout I'm giving people high-fives, people are saying "Keep it up", "You got this", "You can do it", etc. Good luck finding that type of motivation a typical gym!

There's also a Facebook group page that keeps everyone up to speed on any AF schedule updates and people post success stories, tips, recipes and of people respond with lots of good feedback.

Brett and Denise, I love the energy and motivation you bring to AF every morning! I'm so glad we connected, thank you!
