If you're looking for a great place to get motivation, instruction, and results for your fitness needs, this is the place to be! All the trainers, and members as well, are very supportive and genuinely care about you and your goals. I joined 4 years ago, and have not regretted one moment! A great organization, and the owners are very friendly and are committed to partnering with you to achieve fitness success. Its' like coming home!

I just finished the 6 week challenge at FFL and it was a great experience! if you follow the plan it will work! they will also customize the challenge for your own personal needs. I preferred working out in Sunnyvale as the people were great and Lani was an amazing coach! she's got great energy which makes you want to work harder, and was diligent in ensuring you were properly doing each move! Roy the owner was also great as when I had questions he was prompt to answer and offer solutions. I had hit a plateau mid way and I shared my food diary and he helped me adjust. if you don't put 100% in you won't get the results you're looking for! show up work hard and it'll work! thanks FFL for getting me back on track!

I have taken my 6 week challenge at ffl and have tried the Sunnyvale location this time. Fit for life trainers are really motivated to help you gain endurance and lose weight. Shout-out to the trainer at sunnyvale, Lany for her awesome support.

I'm a proud Fit for Lifer for the past 2 years. Roy's company has really transformed the way I live and I highly recommend you give it a try.

I have never been a gym type person, and even though I have some small physical limitations this has really worked for me. I've shed a good amount of weight, have developed a lot of muscle and also self confidence.

I came in on a groupon which was the perfect way to give it a low risk try. I'm someone who would not be motivated walking into a gym on my own, so the group structure and set class time and flow really work for me. There's a great community support here as well.

All around it's been a GREAT find for me.

Loved the gym and the trainers and really enjoyed going for the three years I was a member. However, when I had to cancel my membership, the owner was really slimy and charged me for three months after I cancelled because I "didn't send a cancellation email". I didn't know I had to send one and tried to compromise asking if I could just be charged one month for my honest mistake ($100) instead of 3 months ($300) like I was charged. I explained that Im a teacher and was out of the country so I didn't notice I was still being charged, and I contacted him to let him know the day I came back and saw I was still being charged. He was not polite and was unwilling to compromise. So I basically got a $300 fine for cancelling in person rather than sending an email. Watch out for that Roy! I've heard other complaints of people getting their challenge deposits back, this gym is really expensive so just be careful.
