have had migraine for a long time! It became worse last year. I have tried many medications even I did acupuncture, but they didn't work.Then,I found this institue and enrolled in Its yoga class. I did yoga before but it's different. Master An is amazing she helps me alot. She is so dedicaed.. Right now I have a few migraine attacks in a month.
I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is wonderful. I have been going there for a few months now. The classes have been very instructive and fulfilling. Master Ann is a very good instructor and her classes are challenging but I always leave feeling better than when I entered!
This a very special place to practice Yoga. I enjoy every single class. I leave, relax, full of energy and peaceful. I highly recommend to any one who is looking for a great Yoga meditation class.
I have tried many types of yoga and in the end found Body & Brain Yoga uses the least amount of energy to achieve the best result. For people with a desk job, it's so important to move the body, and to release the stress on a regular bases. The movements improve the circulation immediately, and the meditation really gives you a sense of deep relaxation at the end of the class. The instructors in this center are very experienced teachers. Master An, the manager of this location has practiced Body & Brain yoga for over 20 years. She teaches many of the classes herself. Maria, the other instructor also delivers very energetic classes. They are not only excellent yoga teachers, but also very loving and kind human beings.

It is a very friendly, well organized and clean facility. Master An is absolutely great, very strong in guiding meditation. She gives the students superb variety of postures for every part, muscle and joint in the body. There are very special digestive exercise classes, wooden pillow classes, and Tai-Chi classes. I feel really good about myself. I am also happier and more relaxed. I have more confidence about improving my health and body condition. I didn't think I could improve my flexibility at my age. I did a 21-day private training years ago and was so impressed how much flexible I am and how I can keep myself flexible. I can touch my palms on the floor and don't feel the pinching pain in my back when I stretch. I really enjoy my classes and meditation at the center!
I have just completed year 2 of my membership. I am grateful to my co-worker that introduced me to Dahn Yoga to help me better manage my stress levels. Dahn means Energy in Korean. I have tried other forms of yoga and enjoy Dahn Yoga the most. I highly recommend that you give Dahn Yoga a try.
