Small fitness studio with guided group classes/workouts, boot camp-style. Depending on time of day, you can get from a few people to a crowded room (I believe 24 is the max, which is a lot of people for its small space).
Coaches are friendly and the heart rate monitor workout helps you keep track of your goals and target. I feel that sometimes some of the coaches try to push people to go farther/faster/heavier than they should, but of course you're not forced into it.
Nice premium fitness studio, not for the light of wallet. Similar concept/style in many ways to Barry's Fitness (which is literally across the street from them); except, I like the space at Orangetheory better, because you can see outdoors and it's not a dark, enclosed windowless tunnel like the Barry's across the street.
Overall a really good workout with good facilities and friendly coaches. Really needs more bathrooms/showers (they only have 2 each), but they literally have no more space.
