It was a basic gym. No frills but had everything you needed. Closed as of 3/1/18.

Terrible services staff are rude I was there 5 minutes ago with my free pass and they want to charge 20 dollars I gladd you closing this place. Bad bad bad service

This is my main gym of choice because of the location to work. It is clean, but equipment breaks from time to time, which seems to be the case for 24 hour fitness. It is a normal gym with decent classes, tons of cardio machines, and a decent weight selection. The machine choices are abundant.
Overall, I am very satisfied with this gym based on their equipment and free weight availability.

The layout of this gym is bizarre and feels cramped. On the plus side- the locker rooms are always clean and so are the towels.

Sales person was deceptive. Did not explain that the annual fee is actually charged EVERY 3 MONTHS. The charged occurred, and when I asked about getting it refunded, I was told there was nothing they could do. No refund. No comped anything. Just "nothing we can do." Shady af. Sign up at a different gym, but not this one.

I have used this gym several times whenever I traveled to San Francisco. It's a little smaller than my home gym but less crowded than other 24 Hour locations in downtown San Francisco. It has an interesting layout where treadmills are placed on the first floor facing large Windows on the street level, which makes you less bored during your exercise.
Staff are friendly and helpful in fixing my check-in problem.

Decent gym for weight lifting. More spacious than most downtown ones. Crowd is good, though hard to find workers if you need anything. No pool.

Got one of those free trial vouchers to try and place was not as big as I thought it was. It's ok if you work near fidi otherwise try looking for a bigger location. Place is good for cardio more than weight training. Location wise is great near freeway.

Probably one of the better 24 hour fitness gyms. The location is pretty good and it has a good space. Doesn't get too packed which is nice. It's pretty well ventilated, so it's not as stuffy as the other 24 hour fitness gyms. I'd recommend checking it out.
