This place has changed my life. I was always athletic, but this place made me realize how much more I could do. Now my wife comes too and our three boys are looking up. I cannot imagine not having my stance crossfit family at this point.... more
Ive been googling a great gym to visit this weekend since last week. Visiting my Grandmother per usual, I got tired of PF off Flatbush.... I LOVE this gym, the trainers here are so welcoming and dedicated to what they do, especially Terrance! The only hard part about this gym is actually getting up in the morning but once you are there you feel great.... more

Everything you would need and free to employees of the hospital, including residents. Nice soccer and tennis courts outside that I use frequently. Gym is a bit small, but never had any problems getting to the equipment.... more
Trainers are very helpful. Boot camp workouts are only 30 minutes but definitely worth it! Both trainers Vicente and Ivis have helped me build and tone up!! They are never disrespectful or rude, they focus on helping out everyone! Great environment, everyone is friendly.... more
Why are they charging membership fees while the facility is closed? I don't get it all. My account has been charged but nobody can go in to use their services.. Nice gym. Good programs.... more
Great gym, no complaints there. Walking in you should be welcomed by staff. Staff do not acknowledge their members and are usually on their personal cellphones.. Been with LA fitness San bernarsino since Jan 2017 Never had an issue.... more
