Why are they charging membership fees while the facility is closed? I don't get it all. My account has been charged but nobody can go in to use their services.

I have been to other ymcas and this one is very clean and has so many activities most of the staff are helpful and management was amazing as well definitely a better choice than the San Bernardino one

Love that they have programs for my children. Ages 1 to 4. The ballet instructor and the gymnastics instructor are great. I like that it is small. I didnt like that noo e explained the programs to me when i paid. I figured it out myself just would have been nice to know there were other things included in my Y membership then just the gym. Besides that minor detail i would reccomend this Ymca to friends and family.

Great place, tons of activities and classes for the whole family.
Went in last sunday to get a gym membership and the rude employees did not help me they were talking. I waited five minutes and left. Very bad customer service.
I went to the Highland branch on 6/22/17 and I did find it nicer than the one in San Bernardino, but the reason why I am giving a two star rating is the lack of customer service. Smile when you greet guest/patrons. Have a little bit of a dialogue with your conversations. I am YMCA member, I was using the facility as an a Y A. W. A.Y member. I won't be returning to that branch at all.
Been working out here for a couple of months and have no complaints at all. The membership costs are very affordable and the gym has everything you need to get a good workout. The environment is very calm and relaxed with mostly elderly members and families in the mornings when I work out. The staff are always polite and cordial despite other reviewers complaints that honestly are expecting too much. It's just the Y, you go there to work out and then you leave; it doesn't need to be anymore than that. If you live in the area and are looking for a low cost gym to work out or play a few games of basketball in, I'd recommend this Y.
My daughter loves it here! The staff is amazing! My daughter is always excited when showing me the crafts she's made and telling me about her swimming hour. Thank you Highland YMCA!!!!
