The gym is very big. There's lots of machines and a large room for classes that can be used by anyone when there's no classes. People keep to themselves, I've never had any issues with anyone.... more

The gym is always crowded the tv screens in front of the treadmills work some of the times and when they do they are programed to right wing talk shows.. Perfect place around 11am to 4pm after 5 pm it gets pack... more

Best basketball gym in Salinas 5 am Tuesday and Thursdays are great. I have had numerous great experiences in the past as a member at this YMCA. That being said, the management has completely gone downhill in the later half of 2018 and the beginning of 2019.... more
