By far the best gym in sac,thanks to tracy an trainers.just want to thank all you guys.
Cool spot, affordable, doesn't have all the goodies (like a pool etc) but if id want to lounge id stay at home. Better variety equipment than calfit and 24hr and a great staff. Best of all u can be as loud as you want.
