If you are serious about gaining the knowledge about nutrition, exercise, fitness and quit frankly changing your health for the best, you then have to experience. I would say at the minimum, put on your workout clothes and show up as a guest Monday, Wednesday or Friday either 6:30 a.m. sharp or 7:00 p.m. in the evening and see for yourself with a free workout.
