I've been to lots of gyms, worked with various trainers over the years. I kind of expected this to be another testosterone filled gym, and I was SO wrong. There are people there of all ability levels doing what they can together. Matt and Jared are two of the most knowledgeable trainers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Whatever your best is that day is always good enough. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. I HIGHLY recommend trying it out.
