Nice clean and spacious Bikram method hot yoga studio, very affordable memberships, great instructors. Tried their new student 60 days deal and always had fantastic work out each time. Will definitely go back for a membership. Hot yoga has been great for me as it's only way I can lose weight and keep my body in shape.

Awesome hot yoga studio of Bikram Method, inexpensive membership prices for such high quality classes and facility, with a drop-in rate being only $15!! Super clean, beautiful wood floor, has shower, plenty of natural light, no stinky carpet. I tried their new student 60 days deal for $55 and had fantastic sweaty work outs everytime. Great teachers, too. Definitely going back for some membership. Highly recommend.

This is a great, clean and beautiful new hot yoga studio that I recently discovered and fell in love with! I love Bikram hot yoga and its great health benefits such as better flexibility, balance, detox, weight loss and etc. My skin always looks so good and radiant after a hot yoga workout class. A few things that I like about this new studio:
1. The tuition prices here are very reasonable compared to other hot yoga studios that charge nearly a thousand dollars for a yearly membership. The sale price of the yearly membership of Fitness Hot Yoga is only $599, which is an AMAZING deal. They also have other monthly memberships and class packages of great value with lots of $$ savings for students with different needs. Their Referral and Reward program makes it super easy for students to earn free yoga classes. I tried their $55 for 60 days unlimited yoga new student deal and I loved it! I've been to all hot yoga studios of Sacramento and its surrounding areas for the past 7 years but this studio truly has the best money saving tuition program if you want to try hot yoga classes.
2. The teachers here are wonderful. I've taken every teacher's classes and learned a great deal from each one of them. I found their teaching staff professional and courteous. They are helpful with giving gentle corrections and guidance of how to do the postures correctly without making you feel pressured. The teachers are also cool with you taking breaks in between the postures as much as you need. Although I am not brand new to Bikram yoga but I do appreciate the knowledge of each teacher and enjoy taking their classes.
3. The studio is very clean and well maintained. They have beautiful wood floor for the yoga room and it does not have the stinky feet smell like most other yoga studios.
4. The parking is easy. There are plenty of parking spots in front of and behind the building. Lots of street parking places, too.
Overall I am very pleased staying with this new studio. I already switched from my previous expensive studio to Fitness Hot Yoga and signed up their yearly membership. I definitely recommend this studio to all my friends and co-workers. My mom and my sister are planning to join me for hot yoga classes, too.
