Very bad customer service they were aggressive and supervisor was mean
I work out very often and came here for first time to check this location out now that I'm back as a member. Completely disappointed. Given the name I figure this gym should be more spacious and have more....no they crammed more equipment into this one plus issues at front door, then there is only 1 or 2 of somethings so when there are a hand full of people attempting free weights or machines near by its chaos and people get really possessive of the equipment here. I wont come back to this location again and you should think about an upgrade after people visit other sites then see this one it doesnt even measure up. Seen this twice now and for what I pay for my family and myself I should be able to get a workout at any Cal fit. This one just holds so few people.

Location is very nice and quiet with a moderate selection of equipment, but staff here are very rude and dismissive. I came in today to check out this location to see if it would be a nice gym to come to in the future since it's close to me we walked in checked out the classes area and then checked out the main floor before headed to the front counter. The man at the desk wanted nothing to do with us, we tried to ask a few questions about the location and classes they offer and were shrugged off and got no answers he didnt care and seemed to be in a very bad mood. With that being said I definitely dont feel like I would want to return if this is how all there employees treat there clients which is very unfortunate since I was looking forward to going to this location due to it being so convenient. Im hoping the other cal fit arden location will be more welcoming.

I needed to get body measured and they told me to come back at a certain time since the trainer was busy and had a client but when I came back at the time they told me too trainer had already left. Customer service is horrible people had attitude. It was a waste of time

I ask for a free trial and try to put a year membership on me. I called my bank and got my money back. The one next to Safeway. On watt. Fraud.

I don't care for the layout of this gym. The choice of equipment is ok. It's very small. The staff is friendly. My kids like it here.
Hours are inconvenient for kids klub. I've visited this location twice and both times the kids klub was closed. I pay almost $100 a month for my daughter and I. We should be able to visit a gym anytime during business hours and get what we pay for, that is the use of the gym and kids klub.
Enterprise Drive-clean facility, plenty of friendly staff available and willing to help, variety of equipment and plenty available to serve members!

The staff was very helpful and genuinely friendly. I had such a POOR experience at 24 hour fitness with rude staff that had absolutely NO knowledge of what age the patrons could be (3 different answers). SAD :(. Anyway, despite paying a little more, I found that after checking into multiple CFF's they all have a cleanliness that I appreciate very much. The Fulton Ave as well as the Bruceville Rd 24 Hour Fitness are ALWAYS FILTHY! To think I could of had my cake and ate it too if I was aware of CFF years ago. I guess you get what you pay for. Hats off to this gym. FYI the manager of the Enterprise location knows her stuff. How refreshing.
