I adore the girls at U Barre! The space is super clean and tidy. You really do feel amazing after each session! Give this studio a try, you won't be disappointed!

I love U Barre! This is my favorite Barre and Pilates studio in Sacramento! The owner, Gloria, as well as the rest of the instructors are wonderful. They are all very kind and approachable, but still push you for are great workout. And a great workout it is! I am more confident, feel stronger and have more endurance than I have had in a long time. This is a great place for people of all ages. The instructors always offer plenty of modifications for people at all skill levels. The space is lovely, full of light and good vibes! It is so cozy and feels like home. I can't recommend this studio enough!

Best studio I have ever been to! Beautiful decor and always clean! All the teachers are amazing and will kick your booty! The owner Gloria is so welcoming and makes you feel right at home! I highly recommend this studio!!

absolutely LOVE this place!!! I have been going to classes regularly for the last 6 months and have seen such great results! the instructors here are all super amazing! definitely recommend dropping by for a class, you won't regret it!!
