Great gym for the intense athlete. Some cardio equipment however a heavy focus on weights, benches, and weight machines. Great day rate at $10. Fairly friendly staff and plenty of parking

This place is now under new ownership and it's awesome again. You can take pictures. Improvements are being made daily. I'm so happy Enhanced Athlete took over. Much better rules and regulations. It's no longer like a Planet Fitness but instead a real gym again.

This place is awesome! They have a great boot camp program if your looking for toning and all the latest lifting equipment if your looking to get size. There are a lot of huge in shape people but no one seems to have an ego. This place is definitely worth checking out and it's conveniently right off hwy 99.
Best gym in Sacramento! I have gone to many gyms in the area and I am so happy to call this one my home! Come try out the body fit classes :)
Like planet fitness without the free tanning, massage bed or free food. It's sad because it used to be Sac Meca for bodybuilding before they painted over it. Now you cant pose on the floor and they have strict tank top regulations.

Just started shooting over here instead of my normal 24hr gym. Some thing about an owner operated gym thats nice. Want to use chalk or film? Theyll let you.
