Julie Hurst (owner) and her staff are incredible! I have been involved with Herself Mom programming both in Roseville and Sacramento since 2011. I now have two daughters and have loved all of the support, exercise, community, help, and education I have received from Herself Moms. I highly recommend checking out the website and seeing for yourself what a truly special and unique place this is. Simply amazing!!!
