Come By and Join The FLC. WE Have A Lot of Good Fitness Programs. TOTALLY FIT LIFE, WEIGHT TRAINING, ZUMBA, SILVER SNEAKERS AND RACQUETBALL.
We Have a Computer Lab, Conference Rooms, Banquet Room and a Game Room.
There is Also a Drive in Sized Movie Screen With The Projector That Comes Out Of The Ceiling.

Beautiful Family Life Center in Oak Park. They have lots of parking, 24 hour security and the place is run looks a corporate office. The main difference is the atmosphere of warm and friendly people. I met my Mom there. She was getting her taxes done for free by a retired tax advisor. I'm thinking of taking an exercise class or better yet, Financial Literacy. This center has a class, service or activity for ever age range.

Had AM sunrise service while church getting new carpet. Was a blessing and this AM service 8am I like better than traditional service. Come visit

Zumba is the greatest here. The instuctors are wonderful and they care. They make it fun to work out with them. Staff is friendly. I always feel welcomed and safe and peaceful.
