This is one of the most coolest gyms, that I've been too. I actually attend the one in East Sac, the coaches are always encouraging and like family. Ben is super funny and has been super encouraging with the class. I've grown a lot from Crossfit and it's started as something that I just wanted to try, but now I am a Cross-fitter for life.

I have been a member and dropped in at few crossfit gyms. This place is by far the best. The coaches are amazing, very knowledgeable and encouraging. The members are all friendly and supportive.
