They have parking in a garage now. They have wonderful staff. This place is clean. Staff is great. And the legendary stories you hear are priceless. Excellent club highly recommended. Friendly professional staff, excellent equipment and pool. There is a wide variety of classes included in membership. The staff nature is so good and I would highly recommended The Capital Athletic Club.

They have parking in a garage now. They have wonderful staff. Slightly out of date but seem to always be moving forward. Great environment

Place is awesome. In weight room people get down to business. This place is clean. Staff is great. And the legendary stories you hear are priceless.

Excellent club highly recommended. Friendly professional staff, excellent equipment and pool. I like the locker rooms, very clean with two types of sauna and jacuzzi in both male and female. There is a wide variety of classes included in membership. Parking for club members across street.

I used to love this place but now I can never find parking and I pay $180 per month to be here. I told the manager and he seemed to not be interested in my complaint. He then told me he couldn't do anything about it. For this rate I could belong to multiple gyms. I will most likely be looking for a new gym. If you are looking for convenience, this is not the place. It is also out if date.
I play racquetball here and love the staff and members. We play racquetball with some of the staff and they are always so personable. I highly recommend this club to anyone who wants to have a family environment when they come to the gym. Because they aren't a chain they really can get to know everyone.
