Best group of Crossfit coaches and athletes in Sac. Welcoming, warm hearted and hard working. Not a lot of meat heading going on here.

Dropped in for a guest workout . They treated me like family and gave me one of the best CrossFit workouts yet! Highly recommend this gym!

Analog was a super friendly community centered box, they're really welcoming of my drop in from outta town. even better it was free. Analog really epitomizes the best of the Cross Fit community spirit. they had excellent, technically sound coaching without being over bearing

Love this gym. Killer equipment, great coaches and super friendly. I live down in Newport but head up to the Bay Area & Sac for work all the time. Stoked to of found this place. Great for drop in workouts.

Dropped in a few classes while traveling and had a great time! Good people and good programming with a focus on doing movements right, not heavy.
