The gym location is attached to a mall. Parking is relatively easy and accessible. Definitely limited during busy hours, it is situated in a large parking lot with plenty of availability despite having to walk a little bit. Staff are friendly, and the gym has plenty of amenities. The equipment is old and needs updating. I prefer some of the old school equipment, but that is just me. Can't say too much about the cleanliness of this 24 Hour fitness because when I come to this location, I try to get in and out as quickly as possible.

Sorry but this is the worst 24 hour fitness I've been to. Even the one by my house in lancaster is better. Lol everything I wanted to use was broke. Smh get it together guys

It is an ok gym. But the bathroom is so disgusting. Really guys you need to take this into consideration. All the opinions are the same. It needs a really deep cleaning. Do so, and I will change the score. It not just picking the papers up, that is what you do.

Last sunday i work out to this place and i brought all my stuff for church and i put in one of the locker in the mens, and that was in the afternoon. After my workout in 1hr and a half i came back to my locker trying to find my locker with my lock on it and nowhere to be found and look back to the place i put my lock on my mstr rose gold watch that my grand mother gave me was stolen and not even a piece of my lock to be found. So i went to the front desk to file a stolen item and open lock and the only thing they said "we cant do anything cause theirs no camera inside the locker" honestly how painful they said that to me cause it was just not a thing that was the last piece that my grand mother gave to me before she past away. Im a person believe karma will get to the people that stole it and for the workers that dont put effort on their job cause they just rather look at people and say have a great workout and doesn't even mean it. My god bless you and forgives you cause karma is a B****

This gym is subpartial, their equipment lacks care, i do wish they would clean their mechines thouroghly however it does get the job done and does contain the needed mechines and weights to see gainz overall a decent gym just nothing special for their prize

Mens restroom was dirty the last 3 days going in here i bang my hurt finger today and ask for a towl so i can use to clean my blood lisa rene refused me a towl because i was using my 3 day pass befor i join today all that girl does is stay on her phone she is no help at all and very rude defiantly gonna be talking to a manager that restroom has pee all on the floor

It's your average 24 hour sport. It's as empty as it will get all year, now in december. This place needs better their maintenance, and 24 needs to up their team members. A buddy of mine was constantly harassed by a staff member ally dropping weights abs using chalk, when he was clearly doing the same a few weeks ago. one if The cable machines have been broken for about 2 months now. Anothers cable snapped on me mid rep. All the barbells are bent, and most dumbells are misplaced. The men's bathrooms smell terrible, strong stench of BO. The cleaning person was trying the freshly piss cleaned floors with what looks like a bath towel under a broom.

I won't be renewing my membership. The "clients" (I'll be PC okay?) that use the men's locker room sit their bare asses on the benches all the time - Dirty. I have brought this up to management but they do nothing. The locker room always smells like human waste and urine, floors dirty, trash everywhere even in the workout areas. The workout area up stairs is horribly configured - way too crowded. Lots of treadmills and steppers that never work. If I could rate this place a negative 10 I would.

Friendly service and a cool set-up, and the outdoor pool and jacuzzi are neat. The equipment is an odd blend of newer and horribly dated, and it's this along with the locker room/bathroom area that really brings this place down. As a whole, that area looks like something out of a knotts scary farm maze; if it had been used for a scene in Saw or something I would not be surprised. Feels absolutely filthy. And why are there pay phones in there? As though a horror movie set wasn't enough, the room has to feel like a prison as well. Props for the staff, towel service(!), and pool area. Other than that, this is one to avoid.

It's a dirty old place. Need serious updating in the men's changing room. It's always smell of nasty fungus and urine in there. Need to replace all the ancient exercise equiments. Always warm water coming from the fountains. This place is a serious corporate neglect.

I tried out the 3 day pass. The first day I attended I spoke to two different sales reps, I advised them both I would like to try out and explore the gym and make my decisions after. They both cleared me and said I was good to go. The third day I atttended the gym I asked the receptionist for the protocol of signing in, and the receptionist asked for my guest print out and ID i advised her I had no guest printed out for me when I signed up nor was I told to bring an ID. The receptionist made me go back home for an id, I came back and she did not bother even glance at it!

To say this place is disgusting would be an understatement. Don't even think this gym matches the minimum sanitary requirements of an establishment. Bathrooms reak of urine, equipment is either broken down or on its way to and the floors are so dirty you want a tetanus shot after walking on them. Gross. Gross. Gross.

Your average gym. It was a whole lot better before they added that fake turf in the middle and eliminated a lot of the machines. But this place gets the job done.

Usually crowded in this 24 Hour Fitness location. Kind of smelly and bathroom is dirty most of the time I come there.
