Great gym, very clean with a lot of equipment on the floor. The EvoFit classes are great, unfortunately they got rid of the noon classes, so I'm no longer able to go. All of the staff are friendly, and the monthly price is really reasonable (especially compared to what other area gyms charge). Edited 5/23/18: this is my 2nd summer going to this gym and their a/c is still not fixed (had issues with it last year especially in the evofit room). I would knock this down to 3 stars because it's really hot in here in the summer, if you sweat a lot, you might be better off going to the 24 Hour Fitness in the other side of this shopping center.

Great staff. Love the classes. However they charged me double 4 months ago. I've emailed them numerous times and havent heard anything back from them. No help in trying to resolve this. They also charged my friend double for last month. She also has been emailing them and has not received a response.

Clean, newly opened gym. Good basic rate of $9/mo except there's a "rate guarantee fee" that kicks in after a couple months - basically a way to jack the rate for a year to effectively $12/mo. Still a good deal for a good basic gym.

Love this gym but unfortunately trying to cancel a gym membership from there is a nightmare I did everything by the book. Three months later and still getting charged when I asked for a refund they said sorry and you only recently just cancel it. They did not noted anything in my account so no one really knows what's going on. I really would love to come back but now this is giving me second thoughts ever joining this gym again.

Long story short, i signed up a year ago and spent $810 on personal training. I had gone through multiple personal trainers for lots of different EXTREMELY unprofessional reasons, including showing up late and/or drunk and reeking of alcohol. On multiple occasions the trainers claimed that I trained with them when I hadn't (even multiple sessions in a day) and a few times occurred while I was even out of town on business. When I had a manager attempt to help me get those 4 sessions (that were falsely put in the computer) reinstated, corporate denied my claims so then I tried to at least get a refund for the sessions I was unable to use due to having to move back home to Texas to take care of my mother. It was 3 months ago I moved and finally canceled my membership. I've been attempting to get all of this resolved for almost 6 months. Two months ago Robert (who has been there for all of this since Day 1) emailed corporate on my behalf and neither one of us ever got a response so this week when I was in town for business I went into the gym to try to get it sorted out once again. Kyle called corporate to find out how to make things right and corporate claimed that I could not get a refund because I was no longer an active member, even though I attempted to take care of this while I was an active member for months but continued to hit roadblocks. Kyle was very professional and listened to the hell I've been through with this company for the last year. Even he was even confused why corporate would act like this. I gave corporate and numerous managers nearly 6 months to make things right and they couldn't care less. Of all my gym experiences, this is by far the worst.

I'm constantly impressed by the cleanliness of this place. I love that there are multiple squat racks, so there's very rarely a wait. The evo fit class is phenomenal as well. I only wish they had a sauna at this location.
