Heartcore has been a wonderful addition to my exercise routine. My low back, hips, and knees feel instantly better (better than a trip to the chiropractor!) after each class as the classes activate the entire core. The instructors are smart, encouraging, and kind, and the classes are hard and super fun.
I'm a huge fan of Heartcore! The gym is clean and inviting, the instructors are friendly and willing to consistently make adjustments to your form, the music is upbeat, and most importantly, the workout is great! I finally feel like I'm getting a good core workout and I leave each class feeling better about my strength.
Heartcore is, without a doubt, my favorite workout ever. The machine seemed daunting at the beginning, but the instructor was so helpful, and it's so effective. I felt so sour (in a good way) after my first class. It's amazing how a 40min class can make such a big difference. I also like that it's low impact and easy on the joints. I'm so glad I found Heartcore!
I've found my new favorite workout! I've been struggling to get myself back on a routine and this is the place. The 40 minute classes are challenging but also pass by quicker than I expect. I can feel each move throughout every part of my body. It's hard to describe but I feel like I'm engaging the innermost parts of my muscles which makes me really feel like I'm building strength. The instructors are really encouraging and take the time to see where you are individually to help you get the most out of your workout.
Love my Heartcore classes! It keeps me toned and strong even though I only go once a week. I'm new to pilates and this is the best workout I've tried. Signing up for these classes keeps me accountable in my workouts and I actually enjoy working out now! The heart and energy the instructors put into each class is contagious and definitely helps push through the class.

The instructors are always welcoming and friendly. I appreciate their hands on adjustments. Two instructors have even emailed me after class to see if I had any questions! I feel like I am in pretty good shape until I take a Heartcore class! So challenging, in a good way!

I was looking for something that was challenging, different and fun - yet easy enough on my shoulder and back - and I think I found it! Although I seriously question my ability to do anything at some point during class, I always leave feeling way better than when I walked in (and yes, more sore too!). Every instructor that I've had thus far (Chrissy, Crystal, Jessica and Alisa) have been so supportive as well, with an eye on form and great on modifications. Can't wait to go back again!

I really like the fast pace and reasonable time commitment, but the best part is that each class is a bit different so it's always a challenge. The instructors are always great and super helpful and constructive. Looking forward to my next class! Parking is sometimes a challenge with all the other businesses downtown, so get there early!

1. The instructors are encouraging, helpful. They have learned my name and greet me by name!
2. I feel like I am dying for 40 minutes. Then it is over.
3. I feel sore the next day.
4. But I can't stay away, I come back to get my behind kicked! Oh scrambled eggs, you're killing me...

I get a great workout each time. The 40 minute session is just perfect for my schedule. All the instructors are very personable, encouraging and helpful when making sure all the students are doing the movements with the correct form. I am seeing wonderful results and will continue to come back.
Although I no longer work in the Redwood City area, I am so glad I discovered the workout at the recommendation of a coworker! I now make the trip down from San Mateo a couple times a month to get a great workout at Heartcore.
My first experience was at a private class among friends, taught by Chrissy (one of the fabulous owners) and boy was it humbling! I typically do SoulCycle a few days a week and thought I was in decent shape, but the workout here is intense.
The instructors (I'm especially fond of Crystal) do an amazing job to ensure that everyone in the class is performing each move safely and correctly, but that said, there is definitely an emphasis on doing your individual best, which I really appreciate.
It's also really refreshing to go to a studio with such a focus on form and tempo. Without the constant reminders, I would probably fall into lazy tendencies, which would jeopardize my alignment or other muscle groups.
Lastly, even though I am definitely a beginner student, I have never felt judged for taking any sort of modification, which I think speaks to the skill of the staff. I feel pushed throughout class, but never beat myself up if I can't perform a certain skill or hold.
I love the Heartcore community and will continue to make the drive down the Peninsula! Would love a location in San Mateo :)
I love these workouts because it's different than what I normally do, and focuses a lot on core strength and legs as well. I always leave feeling exhausted and very sore the next day! The 40 minute length is perfect, it's fast paced and keeps your heart rate up the entire time. Highly recommended!
Awesome instructors and the workouts are tough. This studio has the most challenging workouts and I've been to quite a Lagree studios on the peninsula. Each instructors remembers your names and always makes an effort to get to know you. I always leave with my legs feeling like jello and my core on fire and not to mention, quite sweaty. Great studio!
The instructors are phenomenal, the challenge is so fun, the vibe is friendly and positive, and the workouts are SERIOUS. I love this place. I'm seeing muscle growth and results super fast. Plus the business is owned by badass local Bay Area women! Couldn't be better
Love the team at Heartcore! They are very attentive and concentrate on making sure your form is right during each exercise. These classes leave me shaking and feeling very strong. Thanks for the great workouts!
EXCELLENT! I have done half a dozen classes so far and am loving it. All the instructors at Heart Core make you feel welcome, motivated and good -- no matter your fitness level. I had not worked out in over 2 years because of a serious ankle injury, but am now back in the groove of things. I'm excited to see how my body changes in the next month before I head out to my beach vacation. I can definitely say that my strength and endurance has increased and I look forward to the upcoming classes! You should definitely try out Heart Core if you're looking for a new workout. Everyone is friendly and the instructors are great.
I've always done high-energy classes, like spin or boxing, but I decided to try Heartcore because there were so many classes available throughout the day and it was close by. I've had many different instructors and they have all been excellent! My back pain has been getting worse with poor posture and weak muscles, but after only 5 classes at Heartcore, I've already seen a huge improvement with the strength and flexibility in my back and neck. I strongly recommend fitting Heartcore into your training somehow, even if it's just a few days to cross train what you're doing on the side!
I started my wok out in Heartcore 3 weeks ago and this is an awesome place. The class size is small and the instructors give one on one guidance during the session to make sure you maximize the work out. I have some joint problem. It's great to have a routine that is low impact but still make all your muscle groups work really hard!
I absolutely love Heartcore. The workout is so so good, and the instructors are so encouraging. They always manage to push you to go just a little lower, deeper, or hold for a little longer. I highly recommend Heartcore.
This studio is one of the best I've attended in long long time. There are two things that make it exceptional: #1 each and one of the teachers really provides highly personalized attention. They want students to have the right form and to really get the most our of each workout. Which is SO key! I feel every single time I go that I get the best form and direction of what I should do and how. That to me is priceless , especially when it comes to a small studio. #2. these workouts are HARD - they get into areas I didn't even know existed in my body. I feel that just 40 min workouts get me in crazy good shape. You guys are awesome. I am very grateful for the amazing studio you have, crazy good trainers and helping me get into ridiculous good shape :-)
I joined this place nearly a 39 days ago around last week of Feb 2017. I was skeptical about doing pilates as I thought these are for women as the workout seem to be slow. It is not an easy workout, it's freaking hard. Furthermore, the research shows pilates better for men.
It's the best workout I have had over years, never done this type of workout. Here is my experience at iHeartCore:
* Intense 40min work out.
* Love the feeling after working out, feel light and love the sore feeling.
* I lost about 7.6lbs in 39 days, without much changes to my eating habit (see attached image).
* Trainer help you push you through the class
* Trainers, I like the most are: Sofia, Taylor and Elysha are for following reasons:
** These Trainers provide a pro-active personal attention in a group class -
** When your position is wrong, they immediately walk and help you correct your posture or workout style.
** They connect with you after class to understand how was your session and help you correct your position and customize the exercise if you have difficulty.
** They are the most approachable and want to help everyone.
* I like Group classes as there is peer pressure to extend yourself during the session
I wish the unlimited package had some discount so I could go 4 days a week.

Most intense workout of my life -- and it's only 40 minutes. Be prepared to work hard, sweat and feel great. It will take awhile to really get comfortable with the transitions and getting the right form and alignment but all the instructors are so encouraging and helpful. I always leave class feeling stronger and glad I went. Thank you Heartcore :)

I love everything about Heartcore. The owners, the instructors, the workout, the burn, the strength, the shake. I look forward to each and every session. It is safe, effective and so unbelievably challenging at the same time. It is like no other workout I have ever done. Heartcore is also an incredible community of strong, supportive (mostly) women who motivate and encourage each other. It really is amazing and I am hooked.
