Love Yoga Health Center. One very great and clean place with extraordinary staff and instructors. Very consistent schedule with a wide variety of classes to choose from. I highly recommend it.
The staff is wonderful, and the location is Prime.
Awesome classes , from yoga to core endurance . From a man that work in the trades, the yoga and core classes keep me on top at the job sites. Highly recommended , and the new additions are beautiful, as well as the energy in the studio.

Love all the staff and Regina!! Always greeted when I arrive with a warm welcome. All the instructors are professionals. They are educated about the body and make certain that all poses are done correctly to avoid injury and to get the most out of the class. I have fun while working out. I have made new friends too!!

This place is great! Staff is friendly, helpful and encouraging. No need to feel shy, all levels are welcome! Hot yoga is definitely a challenge, but it's so worth it, just remember to drink lots of water.

Decide to come in due to the promotional price but did not expect the level of consideration from the instructor. I believe her name was Yelena in the 6am bikram class on 8/1. She reached out to determine our lack of experience but also pushed us without making it seem too regimental. The class was challenging and I look forward to future classes.

10 on 10 - Great teachers - compassionate, patient and helpful. Facilities are great and convenient.
Joined for the yoga but became a big fan of the core workouts with Val. He uses great music choices to make exercising more fun and distract you from the pain lol. He changes things up every class so we work on every part of the body, not just abs. It's a very clean, modern facility with very friendly staff.

I love everything about YHC. The instructors are great and the community is awesome. Upon joining, I immediately felt welcome and noticed there was a wide variety of classes to try. I especially enjoy Kat's Hot Fusion classes, Kay's Yin Classes, Concha's Vinyasa and Sound Healing Classes, and Val's Core class.
I have been going to YHC since long before they moved to the new/current location. The current facility is amazing and only getting better with the current expansion underway. The variety of classes and the sense of community among the trainers and participants is awesome.
I love Yoga Health Center and have enjoyed every class I've attended. Everyone I have encountered has been super nice and helpful. I look forward to sweating it out at YHC every day and with so many classes offered I can nearly always find a class that works with my schedule.
Was an early yogi of this center from 2001 and consider this my home. Regina is the heart of the center and the driving force behind its great atmosphere. The new space is absolutely gorgeous with wood floors and ceilings, well equip locker rooms, showers, and multiple studios that are light filled and clean.
I joined "Yoga Health. Enter" only one month ago but this Yoga center making my day more active and pleasant as a happy day. I wish I could join here 20 years ago. If I did I could have better health than now! The staffs are very kind and great teachers and more.. I love it!
I love this place! Instructors are great overall. My only comment is that they could offer more teaching for experienced students. Some of the instructors get only give instruction to new students.
But overall this is a great place!
Very friendly to newcomers and make us feel welcomed by letting us know that if we need anything or have any questions to not be afraid to ask. Also, they have amazing staff service! They are there for anything you may need!

Regina and Bob have built an amazing facility which offers a wide variety of classes to suit every need. The physical space is beautiful and functional. But, the most wonderful thing about this studio is the people. From the owners to the instructors to the staff--all are welcoming and genuine. I always feel like I am among family when I am there. I highly recommend this wonderfully unique place. Thank you!
