Great gym, signed up March 18, 2019. Only got 2 workouts in one week before they shutdown in Riverside. I was not issued a key fob at during sign up process, I don't know what's the reason for. I went searching for any nearby anytime fitness gym and asked about my membership. Location varies. I called up a location at Rialto, and they were charging an additional $50 on top of already $40/month when I signed up at Riverside. I should be able to use their location but nope. $50 or whatever, money greedy to me. I went searching for another location and fortunately I found one about 2-3 days ago and was told by owner, he will get me a key fob so I can hit it at the gym but I am still waiting to this day. I will wait another week, and if I get charged after my first month is free, I'm going to rate this one star.

Feels like family, not at all intimidating. Add the physical therapy and it's truly a unique experience. Do be aware, some men have big bulging muscles!! They're nice too.

Great staff and equipment that you need. Not to busy, but watch out for peak hours where it is a little more busy.

It is small but seems to have everything you may need to strength train also punching bags and physical therapy; which is why I went. They also have a metabolism boosting diet program there. Very nice, clean & safe location. I look forward to returning.

It's a good place to go workout. I wouldn't say it held anything special. Maybe the location I guess. The people in there seem to be friendly and helpful.

I wish I could explain the pure frustration we have experienced with Anytime fitness. We had to cancel our membership and yet they still continued to charge our monthly dues despite having called several times. It's so frustrating because businesses like this are allowed to charge and claim whatever they want while we are the ones to pay. And there is no other recourse for the little guy. We have had much better experiences with LA fitness. I truly wish we never signed up with Anytime. Not only are they expensive ($40 a month for a small gym) but they also charge a large sign up fee and annual fee. And now, they charge even after cancellation.

Love this place I can get my workout get seen by my physical therapist it's close to the bus stop close to the supermarket in a very convenient place I would recommend highly for you guys too come in and check it out they have trainers in there they will show you pretty much if you make you feel like home there is free weights there's machines their leg weights medicine balls and of course the staff there is wonderful not to mention that they are beautiful as well please come and check this out it's a great spot to go

Both Anytime Fitness and Marketplace Physical Therapy and Total Wellness is the best. I travel to them from the far north end of San Bernardino. Yeah they are that good. Its well worth it.

The place have a very old look, and smells gross. They charge you quietly on your credit card even if you don't continue going there after your trial days. So basically, once you enter it you are stuck for forever. Find a better gym, with a healthy mindset.

I normally don't give one stars to places unless my experience was absolutely horrendous; well this is one of those times. I signed an 18 month contract for Anytime. And even after I moved, I was further away, but was far away enough to where it was a waste of gas to go work out there. However, because I am a man of my work, I still honored the contract to which I signed, and allowed to continue to debit my account.
Once my contract expired, I did exactly what they asked and gave them a 30 day notice to terminate the contract. They STILL took money out, even after the contract was up, and I understand mistakes. I called the management several times, and they said they would fix the problem. I ended up calling three times to ask them to fix the problem, and 13 days after, the problem is still has not been fixed.
This is downright theft, no matter which way you look at it. They clearly don't care about their customers.

I go to physical therapy here. Loren and the crew Are the Best. I've seen many PTs thru these past 20 years, so when I say they are the Best, I'm from experience

This is for the membership sign up process. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes today. Saw what I saw, asked what I asked and handed over my c.c. Easy. No hassle.
