I have been working out with Adriana for more then 10 years! She is a fantastic motivator as well as the most knowledgeable personal trainer I have every met. She works you out while protecting you from injury - all important as we age! I feel 100% more healthy then I would be other wise.
Her studio in addition to personal and small group training also offers classes almost every day of the week including Spinning, Yoga, Boot camp as well as a Pump Cycle class on Saturday morning. The classes are kept small so that everyone can benefit from the expertise of the instructor. Her other trainers Daniel and John are fantastic trainers. Jessica and Tanya are her spinning and Yoga instructors and really give you the personal attention that is lacking in other gyms.
Her studio is located in one of Redlands historic buildings with fantastic views of the mountains! It is truly inspiring to work out in such a fantastic location with top notch personal attention.
