This place is awesome. This was my first time doing crossfit and everyone was super welcoming, the coaches helped me get started and helped me learn all the moves and proper form. Glad I came here.

If your looking for a place to workout this is it! Awesome atmosphere. Best programming in the area. The workout will kick your butt every time and you'll be ready to come back for more. Friday evening bbq is the best. You'll make tons of friends and they become your family. Couldn't imagine life without being a part of this Crossfit box

Great place to get your mobility back. This gym offers a variety of workouts throughout the week. Everyday is different. The coaching staff is great in identifying those who are beginners so that they don't injure themselves. Overall a great environment with great people with positive attitudes.
Their are so many individuals that have testimonials of losing 40-100 pounds by staying dedicated to block fitness and good eating habits. This gym also has an app to register for class sessions and the itinerary for the workout of the day. Work out sessions are an hour long and start from 5am to 9am and 0330pm-0730pm.
I encourage you to come experience a great workout. Nothing in life is easy, neither is getting back in good health. A healthy life is priceless. Thanks to Joe the owner and his staff for making my experience welcoming.
