A High-Level Training Center in the Rancho Area!!!
I had the opportunity to drop into this Box in Rancho Cucamonga. I was looking for a WOD after travelling all day from the San Fran area. I googled boxes in the area and found CFRC and that it was close to my hotel. I headed on over and found a very professional Box. Once I signed in and checked out the place I saw banners on the walls with the training triangle and recommended warmups. This was the first BOX I've seen this type of motivator in, so I knew they were serious. The WOD was killer and I was spent, I had a hard time keeping up with the members as they were flying on the assault bikes after the WOD. The coaches were very on point and great at keeping to timelines during the WOD. The members trained hard and we all had a great workout. I'm so grateful that I made it to this Box and will drop-in again when I'm in the area. If you're looking for a BOX in the Rancho Cucamonga area, look no further than Crossfit Rancho.

The coaches are awesome and actually want to help new members learn, progress, and push you to be your best. Coaches also watch to make sure everyone is being safe and doing the movements properly.
Other members are also friendly and welcoming to newcomers. If you are looking to get started or just want to drop-in from out of town, this is the place to check out.

Rancho CF is such a great place! The staff is very educated and helps you in every aspect of crossfit even if you have never stepped foot in a CF box. I have been working out there for about a year and it has changes my life. You will not regret coming to Rancho CF.
