Love, love, love this studio!! So much energy, wonderful ladies, Dami is so inspiring, and the workout is amazing!! Amazing results!! I didnt even know I had certain muscles in my body.

Where to start?! I found Passion Barre via Meetup and went with a friend for our trial class. 'Dami and Kayla-Rae were SO unbelievably welcoming and kind. I was initially so nervous because I was not at all coordinated or fit or flexible. But I felt right at home. I LOVE the energy of the ladies (Tish and Jordan included!). Oh, and have I mentioned how addicted to barre I am now!? If you have not tried it yet, please do. The seemingly small, repetitive movements in barre will definitely kick your butt, make you sweat, and keep you wanting to come back for more. I have lost over 16 inches from doing barre! AMAZING results and even more amazing, delightful women to guide you through the experience!
I've been attending Passion Barre since it was opened. The ladies on staff are knowledgeable and inspiring. My health has gotten better, which is huge for me as I have a disability. I feel stronger, and hate to miss a day. I love Passion Barre!
Where do I start? I think I will just go ahead and sum it up with a few words...excellent, great, outstanding! Excellent customer service...the ladies surely do know how to make one feel special. They are always bubbly and full of energy. The classes give you an excellent work out. The intimate setting is like having a personal trainer. The instructors pay attention to you to make sure you are doing the moves correctly, helping with alignment and proper posture, The outstanding ambiance and motivational talks add to an overall great experience. I highly recommend.
