Very unhappy with the service here. Pre-paid for the most expensive package. Due to my work schedule, I can only pick up the items Saturday afternoon (1.5 hr roundtrip). Due to traffic, I made it there at 3pm on the dot today only to find the entire staff leaving. I tried calling twice beforehand, with no response. I come in EVERY Saturday. The manager says, "oh, we were wondering if you were coming." And yet, NO ONE thought to call me! They are well aware of how far I travel to get there EVERY SATURDAY...but I guess they figure that they already received my money. I'm extremely unhappy to say the least. Now, I have to wait an entire week for the items I've already paid for.
