I actually "enjoy" working out and feel like I missed out when I can't make it in. It's very challenging but David will modify the workout to accommodate your level. He is patient but pushes you to get the most out of your workout. So glad I found this place!
I love this place. David, the owner is awesome and keeps you motivated and really cares about your goals. I was in a wedding last year and my bridesmaids dress was feeling a bit tight! But I joined boot camp and told him I absolutely NEEDED to fit into this $200 dress and by the time the wedding came the dress fit perfectly and my arms (which i was self conscious about since it was a sleeveless dress) looked smaller and toner. He is amazing and the program is rough but everyday is different which keeps it fun and interesting.

I take my son here to get him bigger stronger and faster before he leaves later this year to play college basketball. I explained what we were trying to achieve with the owner Benjamin. He is a great trainer and I have no doubt my sons goals will be achieved. Ben keeps a very clean facility. He is also advising on meal plans and what and how much to eat to achieve his goals. They have many different types of training happening here ranging from kids to adults. Very easy going positive atmosphere. Very reasonable rates as well.
